John Murray Butchers

John Murray in Loxwood (12 miles) will be providing our turkeys this year, as well as gammon, packs of sausage meat and a variety of game. From the beginning, they have always sourced their meat from local farms where they can see the livestock on the hoof.

We will also have our usual selection of meat, like chicken supremes and pork sausages, available in store. These will be in limited stock, so to guarantee availability, please place an order.

Tillingbourne Smokery

Tillingbourne Farm & Smokery (3 food miles) have adopted a traditional method of dry curing and cold smoking the fish. Their salmon comes from only four, ethical and recognised salmon farms based in Scotland, the Shetlands, Orkneys Isles and Loch Dawart. These fish farms pride themselves on quality of their fish, allowing them adequate room and freedom to grow in strong tidal currents and are fed with premium, non-modified foods.

The Batch Kitchen

When it comes to food production, The Batch Kitchen (4 food miles) is very selective about the ingredients they use. Suppliers are fully researched, labels checked and produce is allowed to shine. Being conscious of food mileage, wherever possible ingredients are local, grown organically and without the use of pesticides. The Batch Kitchen will be baking a selection of bread for us this festive season.
